Speed and timing

Can I get business funding by tomorrow?

It can be possible. For property-secured amounts of $20k to $250k, same-day funding is possible, so next-business-day funding is realistic when documents and signers are ready. Same-day funding is also possible for smaller unsecured amounts for trading businesses. Larger or more complex requests usually need 24–48 hours or more.

What's the best time to enquire?

As soon as you know about the bill — ideally the evening before. An enquiry sent tonight is waiting at the start of the next business day, and you can use the evening to gather documents.

What if tomorrow is a weekend or public holiday?

Funding generally moves on business days, so the realistic target becomes the next business day in your state. Our checker and business day counter account for statewide public holidays.

What usually causes delays?

Missing or partial bank statements, a co-owner or guarantor who can't sign, an unclear purpose, name mismatches between your ABN, company and bank account, and undisclosed debts. Almost all can be fixed the evening before.

Eligibility and amounts

How much can my business borrow?

Property-secured business loans run from $20,000 to $5,000,000 against residential or commercial property. Unsecured, cash-flow and line-of-credit options for trading businesses typically run from $5,000 to $500,000, sized on turnover and bank statements.

Do I need property to get funding quickly?

Not always. Trading businesses with steady bank statements can access unsecured options, and same-day funding is possible for smaller unsecured amounts. Property security makes larger amounts and faster timelines more realistic.

Can I get funding with bad credit or ATO debt?

Past credit issues and ATO debt are considered case by case. Tell us about them up front — disclosure keeps the file moving, and property security often keeps a short timeline realistic.

My business is new. Can I still apply?

Yes, but options without property are more limited because there's less trading history to assess. If you own property, property-secured options may be available.

What can the funds be used for?

Business purposes only: payroll and super, suppliers and stock, tax, settlements, equipment, contracts, rent and other business needs. We don't arrange personal or household loans.

Enquiring and privacy

Does enquiring affect my credit score?

No. There's no credit check when you first enquire. A credit check is only discussed once you decide to go ahead with a specific option.

Will lots of lenders call me?

No. Your details aren't sprayed across a list of lenders. One team reads your enquiry, and a real person works on your situation and calls you.

How long does the enquiry take?

About 60 seconds. Please answer accurately — amount, purpose, state, security and any credit issues — so we can match the right option first time.

Who will contact me?

A lending specialist who has read your enquiry. The call may come from a number you don't recognise. A genuine specialist will talk about the enquiry you sent and will never ask for your online banking password.

Documents and costs

What documents will I need?

Usually photo ID for every signer, your ABN/ACN and entity details, and recent business bank statements. If you're using property, your council rates notice and any mortgage statement. The specialist will confirm exactly what's needed.

Why don't you publish interest rates?

Every loan is priced on the business's circumstances — security, amount, term and history. A published rate would be misleading for most people, so we explain the total cost of your specific option before you sign.

Can the money be paid directly to my supplier or the ATO?

Often, yes. Paying the person you owe directly can be tidy and quick. Always confirm their bank details by phone on a number you already have before any payment.

Can I repay early?

It depends on the facility. Ask about early repayment before you sign, and check the offer documents for any early repayment fees.
